What do you like best about the leadership team?I love that the leadership team views itself as people first, not positions first. I love that they meet daily to do Stand-Up, so as to communicate what all is happening across departments.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Having greatly reduced Sedera Membership for health sharing and Dental and Vision coverage.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Shared vision and mission makes it easier to stay focused on the bigger picture when the nitty gritty would otherwise be discouraging.
What would you most like to see improved at your company? There is a bit of a separation between leadership and everyone else. I think improvement could be made in communication between leadership and the rest of the company. There should be a narrower gap between the top money earners and the rest of the team.
