How employees describe working at Sequel Youth and Family Services
Completly horrible. Absolutely no communications with staff and supervisors. Abuse their children. Isolates and restrains them on the toilet for hours. Hires you in as full time then dont give you the hours. Could not leave that plce quick enough. Needs to be shut down before a child gets hurt.
Poor communication from headquarters. Terrible benefits and pay. Hours aren't always in paycheck. Won't give full time. Computeer systems crash.
Lack of employee support. Always say family first but it's a joke when it comes to it. Very little to no maternity leave. Education assistance is a joke.
They are a Hardworking group of individuals.
