What do you like best about the leadership team?
Lack of communication. And it's not from my direct supervisor.
They are a Hardworking group of individuals.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
COMMUNICATION amongs the whole team
Communication. They struggle with making sure information is relayed to all departments. They make decisions and do not appropriately relay the information to the parties that need it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Supervisors put you down instead of providing constructive feedback. Lack of communication in regards to the children. Not willing to work woth the employees or take the time to email back. No protocol when a child hurt an employee.
Give full time benefits when working full tim hours.
Cure there is No 401k match
The benefits are ridiculous. Only salaried employees are paid for holidays. If you want to be paid for a holiday you have to use the PTO. And if you aren't in management you only receive 66 hours a year of PTO.
Lack of communication and support during tough times.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have each other's backs in stressful situations and we work very well together.
My team is great at working together as needed, but also at working independently without needing to be micromanaged.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better management and ensure theres consistency
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The staff at our location works well together. They are supportive and encouraging.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management (not in nursing though). One hand doesn't know what the other is doing and it's all about appearances. Common sense isn't common. My 9 yr old could run our building better.
More staff. More care for staff.

I knew the panel and they were nice.

Helping the residents and my coworkers.
Working with the kids. Some of the staff.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company only cares about the bottom line. We are a service based industry. Our top priority should always be the client.
