What makes you most happy at work?
The leadership helps us achieve our company goals and also promotes work life balance. The team culture is the best (hands down) and I'm justly compensated for all the hard work put in.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Aside from getting paid well and good health care benefits, the Employee Stock Purchasing program and RSU grants are an amazing benefit in our compensation plan and even more so with the stocks growth of the years.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team has each others back. Growing at fast rate and delivering best in class products is challenging and so is supporting them. However, we constantly grow as a team and believe in the vision of ServiceNow together, pushing our limits to achieve all the has been accomplished.
