The whole company is so chaotic and messed up.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Nothing, everyone I have talked to hates it at this company.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Stop being so petty and vicious. Try to collaborate instead of judging others and talking crap about people over small things.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Stocks, but it’s unfair how they vest 3 months after your start date. Basically suffered a year and am not going to get stocks bc I’m unfairly being let

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Stop talking about this fake family culture, and start acting like it instead of the reality of a toxic culture where who points finger the fastest wins. Forces you to be a jerk of throwing others under the bus.
