ServiceNow Interviews Employee Reviews

What did you like most about the interview process?

The AI matching is great.

Meeting new and exciting people

Review from Sales Dept

Understanding your potential working environment and also negotiating the renumeration aspect of the interview process

Easygoing people made it feel more informal

Fairly straight forward and plenty of communications

Clear expectations on roles and responsibilities

It was short, only 4 people total to meet with

It was fairly simple, I had a couple interviews with the hiring manager and a few peer discussions. It worked pretty well.

They involved the coworkers/individuals you would be working with not just the management team. I think that always gives a much better idea of what the day to day will be like. Also very upfront about compensation not hiding it like so many companies do nowadays.

Long time ago much has changed

The guys were kind and made me feel welcome

The opportunity to engage with a variety of employees to learn more about the organization, as well as being able to validate whether the company values and philosophy align to my own personal values.

Review from Sales Dept

opportunity to get to know the team and undetstand the role

Landing the dream position! The feedback along the way was great.

Speed Of interview is very fast

Everyone was friendly and explained the interview process to me.

I got t meet many people

My interview for the job I accepted were technical but personable. The interviewers were looking for a technical and personality fit and not trying to stump me or demonstrate their own expertise. I felt like they wanted me to do well in the interview and that tone made the experience more pleasant

Review from Engineering Dept

Speed of decision making and agility they showed.

The interview wasn't overly formalized.

Review from IT Dept

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Improve the HR team -- people, processes, timelines, and expectations

Be organized, and follow through with actual interactions.

Make sure the interviewers know how to interview and have experience. Reduce the number of interviews from 8 to 10 to something more reasonable.

treat people the same regardless of there skin colour

Review from IT Dept

Stop inviting people from Oracle. Will increase the bar at Level 1 so to filter out effort at L2 and L3 Will ask job relevant questions.

Review from Product Dept
