Sevita Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I don't have at this time

The benefit package has options and start as soon as you do

The benefits are very reasonable.

package could be better in tpdays economy

I like everything about it

Bonuses and commissions as applicable, paid time off (holiday).

Review from Customer Success Dept

healthcare and the variety of choices

Very competitive compensation package was offered

We have good benefits. Healthcare is great.

Having the access to invest in/ carry over 401K

Review from Customer Support Dept

Review from Customer Success Dept

Holidays and vacation and befits

Pay and felexibity in my work

benefits and bonus opportunity here

Fair pay that rewards hard work

Review from Admin Dept

Need to go a little lower

Review from Customer Support Dept

You do not have to have health insurance through the company in order to get life insurance

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Afforable health care, decent wages

Dont hide information. Be transparent.

Review from Operations Dept

Salary and they work you to death no down time

Getting paid a livable wage would be a good start

Review from Customer Success Dept

They don't give a good benefit

More money, as well as more money

Management is very harsh and rude

I manager started an argument between the staff, calling a staff member fake and no action was taking when it was said that drugs were onsite

I feel undervalued because of low pay, and working short staffed. I would feel better if the pay was higher, and working with people who really care about the clients we serve. If I have to work alone, it should be double pay.

I feel undervalued because the pay is low, always working short staffed. What will make me feel like I'm worth something at Sevita is to have higher pay and I think Sevita needs to get quality staff and give incentives to the ones who really care about the clients they serve.

Double pay for staying over, having to do shift changes (like going from overnights to early morning), coming in on days off.

Is alrightt and nice benefits of my health benefits!!

other companies of the same level and skill are offering the same job in the MO area for 20$ a hour

Better staff the place is a nightmare

Review from Customer Success Dept

As a PM staff I do not appreciate having an observer watch me for 1 hour of my shift and determined that I am not performing my job especially when I prep/completed all tasks, chores, and activities the night before. I need to be treated fairly and paid fairy for the extra hours I am forced to work.

Review from Customer Success Dept

I would feel better if I got paid more for the level of work, I have put in in almost a year working for the company.

Being able to actually keep your pay and it not being taken away or dropped because of something you gave your honest opinion on. Or after they have used you to the point they feel you don't deserve the pay anymore.

Pay everybody their worth, no raises after 5 years

Being recognized instead of constantly criticized

I work almost 30 hours per week, do alot for someone that works at the program. More than what minum wage i get. The oay for the people that work in the day programs should go up. Show how they are appreciates and valued. We dont hardly hear it enough
