My program supervisor is helpful, caring, and knowledgable. I enjoy working with her to help care for residents.
Everyone has the best interests of children and families in mind.
Felloe caregivers and DSP's are really rhe backbone of this whole entire company and truly the only ones who truly care for clients wellbeing.

The work is simple for the most part and you are left alone by management to do your job if you do so correctly, you don't have any problems

I spoke with someone over the phone and then received a call back, spoke with them very briefly and was offered a job

Honestly, it was a quick and smooth process. The questions they ask in the interview are simple, but telling. They really sell the position and they really make you think they're super flexible with the schedule.
What makes you most happy at work?
the children are the best part, and a big reason why a lot of people still work here
Being with my residents who love me unconditionally and knowing that I have made a big change in them lives and they made a change in mine. The ONLY reason I have stayed all thers years are because of my residents and what would happen if I wasnt there.
