What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very intelligent and bring in great business.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Administrative leadership is terrible and is content to follow the pack. Wish they were the best and the brightest like the attorneys they hired.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is phenomenally large! I think the company demands plenty but they reward their associates very well!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
completely underqualified "old-timers" in the admin department are overpaid while the rest of us work hard and should be compensated accordingly
The company doesn't really care about their people. A raise would and better pay would help.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Enjoy working with the attorneys but the exec director really has no clue
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The great perks that you get at meetings like food and a break from the day-to-day. The culture is diverse and the environment is fast-paced but positively challenging.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Top down change to build a core set of values and embody them. Move firm from culture of fear to one of collaboration
They should foster innovation and new ideas instead of promoting the ridiculous idea that the way things have been done is the only way and the best way.

Negative culture prevails because nobody fosters collaboration and improvement
Petty and poor managers. Very negative culture.
