It's always short-staffed and it's stressful on everyone else. There are call-outs every single day and no one to cover them. The DM would not shut the store down for snow two weekends in a row when there was only 2 people working and one of them was basically being kept against their will.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Running the store in general. The store is a wreck.
