Comfortable to talk to, did not feel like I was under a microscope it just felt like a conversation

They work hard and give valuable feedback. Some could be a bit more positive towards other workers. Lots of unneeded drama

Drama needs to stop. Belittling needs to stop. Treating others like they are beneath them needs to stop. Communication needs to greatly improve. Giving tasks to others just because they don’t want to do them. Honestly a lot of things could improv
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with people who do their part and carry the weight equally while asking for help when they need it. Working with others that have compassion and are open minded. I love staying busy and knowing what needs to be done without being told 5+ things at once and then getting reprimanded
