Treat all employees fairly and equally. Be more appreciative of the employees.
Sheetz pays about 75% of the cost for insurance. The 401K has a match.
Unfortunately, there are too many people with no work ethic and there really isn't anything you can do to change that.
Sheetz doesn't care about the employees, or my store in particular. Equipment is constantly breaking and it takes forever to get it repaired (forget about it being replaced)
Caring about the employees. Bonuses are paid out quarterly, but the upper management gets the bulk of the money while the sales staff, who does the majority of the work, gets almost nothing in comparison.
