Work is very fast paced and a lot of work is expected of you, many people starting the job aren't aware of that.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
In the store level tier of sheetz, nothing is communicated or passed down from upper management and to many things that are against the rules have been given a blind eye.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with my coworkers that I genuinely enjoy spending time with. Other than that leaving at the end of the day is my favorite thing because thats the only other thing I look forward to.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
At my store we hire anything that walks. If you are a terrible human being who can't read or do anything decent apply to sheetz. They'll hire you and you'll work here until you stop showing up like every other person we hire on the spot.
