overall experience could have been better, most days i was stressed to the point of not feeling anything which is not a healthy way to deal with work. coworkers were overall pleasant to work with but management could focus on employees health better and not act like they are kings of the world.

being able to step away from the register and mto and de-stress in the soda cooler

the best things about my team are that most of us get along very well so it actually feels like having a work family,
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
leadership needs to focus and care about mental health of the employees. this is a fast-paced and depending on location, a very stressful job but management prefers employees to not have feelings at all.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i would work 10-plus hours and still get minimum wage. i would feel better about my compensation if Sheetz would pay its employees like they actually care about their business and not just making and keeping money for themselves.
