Overall enjoyable with a sprinkle of uncertainty and work horse feeling. They train people for one thing then move them to different department. Most co-workers will jump to tattle if you've done something not perfect. Most of time they get rewarded for telling on someone. High # turnover of temps.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Quarterly bonuses. It would be nice if they gave out more Shutterfly employee shirts.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love my lead she talks to me like I'm a person and knows how to difuse bad behaviors and attitudes amoung coworkers. My manager communicates with me mostly through lead.
