Uppermanagement needs to step in and hold their leadership teams accountable.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Not all coworkers follow suit of the poor leadership team some are afraid to speak up in fear of losing their jobs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The shift lead refused to sign off all the press operators thats were adequaltey trained to perform machine operator II functions yet demanded they still perform the higher operator functions. Including HP certified consumable replacements even though we are not HP certified .
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Maybe if the overall goal was to keep the employees that come in through a vendor like Staffmark and Addeco they would get :retain employees that value their work ethic and professional advancement rather than people getting high in breaks and lunches or those that leave the site unannounced.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
95% of the leadership team onthe shift I work need to be replaced by individuals that really value their work ethics and the company core values by upholdi their professional standards , Harrassment in the workplace needs to be taken more seriously . Ive even filed a compaint that went NOWHERE!
