What are some of the best things about your team?
My immediate team is made up of hard working, problem solving individuals that work together towards the common goal. Not all teams are as fortunate to work as cohesive as ours.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Regular equity reviews, a formal responsibility review when colleges leave and work is redistributed without new headcount, recognition for work being done to reflect the job classification that the employee is in.
