The majority of employees are hardworking and hold themselves accountable. They are easy to work with and enjoyable to be around.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The head of department does not understand or care about the work that I do. I have taken on roles of higher-level employees that have been impacted by RIFs and have received high performance ratings but am repeatedly denied a promotion or growth opportunities within the company.
