Been here for almost three years. I'm really enjoying working here and want to keep on doing that years ahead. I feel uncertainty about Shutterfly's future, as I believe the owners want to sell the company (/or make it public) and I'm not sure where it'll put the Haifa site.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they keep updating us on changes and the reasons behind it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel a little underpaid, compare to similar roles in other companies
What are some of the best things about your team?
No ego, we are helping and supporting each other and we are very united.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the people, in Haifa and in the US. I believe in the company's product and growth opportunities, and I really love the actual work that my team is doing!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really love the spirit in Haifa, the atmosphere is very positive and collaborative! Plus, the special bond between Haifa the teams across the US is amazing, I personally feel that I have real friends there despite the culture differences!
