The only thing that I really do have an issue with is the fact that Shutterfly has ongoing layoffs annually. That can make feeling secure in your career uneasy.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The ops team has some of the best talent. Our manager Danielle Fischer is hands down one of the best managers I have ever had throughout my various roles and companies. She goes above and beyond to make sure our team is performing to the best of it's abilities.
