My team is colaborative and very supportive of one another.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It seems like they are more direct and focused on making the changes we need to have a better, stronger, future.
What makes you most happy at work?
I can work from home, but I choose to come in daily to interact with other people. The people make me most happy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think I make a competitive wage and I like that my bonus is at 10% of my salary. Of course I would love to make more and have higher bonuses, but the current state is satisfactory.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There was a time when I felt like as long as the work was done, we didn't have people always keeping tabs on us. That is starting to turn now that people are required to return to the office. This is coming from someone who has had the option to work from home, but chooses to come in everyday anyway
