This is hard to do briefly. I felt onboarding was very poor and could be improved. For awhile company and team direction was all over the place. I think that has been corrected now. Teams run VERY lean and leaves no time to work on improvements or even think about strategy. The people are fantast

personable and approachable. Transparent and give the information to you straight so you don't feel like they are hiding something.

We all get along and work together well. We all have different skills that can be used to make our team whole. We hold each other accountable and there is no cattyness.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
everyone is welcoming and very nice that I have met and worked with. For such a large company that seems a bit unusual so kudos to the recruiting team. They are making strong hiring choices in a very tough market. I like the fun happy hour and events. Shutterfly is a company I am passionate about
