Clarity of goals and deliverables. Even the deliver of the OKR process has been confusing to many even within the Csuite. We don't have a focus to stay the course and often very reactive to things before we can make smart and informed decisions
My team is amazing, we all have each others back and are there to support each other. Cross functional teams are not always as supportive and authentic though. Some of the VPs in marketing do not collaborate well with others and may even be viewed as bullies
