What makes you most happy at work?
The team I work with and the impact I can make on people so that collectively we can win. I have been told that the company was very profitable prior to Covid-19, and I would like for us to get back to that healthy profitability state.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Strong sense of unity and purpose in everything we do. Being close-knit allows us to communicate openly, support each other and tackle challenges together. We have a great HR leader who leads with empathy which contributes to we being our best. We all share a deep desire to see the company succeed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like being part of the family made of the various brands. We articulate that embracing our differences is one of our values and I can see that we definitely live this value. Because we value differences so much, it allows us to tap into various creative spaces which is important for the business.
