Have outsourced people offshore and it is a challenge to work with them and continuously have to check they are doing things properly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Been with the company a long time and had promotions and exceeds expectations and the average pay increase over that time is 3% which is about what inflation/cost of living is over that time.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Most of my team is now offshore and it is a challenge to work with them as they are not the quality of worker that they replaced and don't have the knowledge of the business.
