Others lack the responsibility to knowing what they need to do, and getting it done.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team I'm part of is small and they are responsible and great to work with. I cannot say this for other departments in the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been underpaid the entire time I have worked for Shutterfly. I stuck around due to the fun atmosphere and great group of people that I work with. That all changed and now it's just a job, but I'm actively looking for a new one. Shutterfly has not even paid me the COLA.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We need a leader at the helm who is providing a clear direction of our business. We need new products to attract new and lost customers. We need quality products at competitive prices. We do not need to focus on equality as in race, sex, or orientation, we need the best people to do the job.
