What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Managers could use management training. Stop putting people in decision making roles that are not qualified to make decisions for the company and its future.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Most all other organizations pay a much higher salary for the same role I have here. We did not get a raise or a bonus in 4 years, then last year received a very small raise.
