What makes you most happy at work?

Helping my team problem-solve all the crazy shit. The amazing supplier relationships we have that allow us to keep production running!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The people I work with are awesome and the overall inclusivity at Shutterfly is a light in crazy times. Love the clubs, WIL and ShutterPride my faves

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communicating big picture strategy. We hear about overall goals but then see key employees being replaced in areas we hear we're focused on. So much great talent pushed out in the last few years and so much KNOWLEDGE lost with them. Feels counter-productive and a likely source of lacking sales.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We're pushed into our direct reports ratings. Limited on who we can give 'exceeds' to and who gets how much of an overall % of a raise. Often based on who got what the year before. I hate having to pick who gets an exceeds when I have multiple highly performing employees.
