My boss is fantastic and I really enjoy my department. Leadership turn over is constant and results in poor strategy development and execution.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bonus structure is good when the targets are achievable. The LTIP program is also nice.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People want to do a good job and the operations org is full of experts who want to share their knowledge
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Less politics with the leaders and more trust in teams to execute their work. We need to work together more and stop jockeying for power/sway with the Execs

Most people want to do a good job and know what they're doing. People have great ideas on how ro improve the way we work together. Unfortunately, the politics among leadership get in the way.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Creating a clear product strategy and giving teams enough time to properly plan and execute that strategy. There is a lot of fear in the VP level of disagreement with Execs - that breeds inefficiency and uncertainty at the lower levels
