Monthly meetings, planned appropriately for bonuses, continuation of work from home

High energy, team events, and most importantly the ability to work at home a few days a week.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been taking on additional challenges each year and my pay has barely moved. Bonuses are nice, but a bump in base pay would make me feel valued.
