Excellent management, cooperative and collaborative. Team members support across the different brands, with clear support from above.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interactions with coworkers, partners, and staff. Problem solving and trying to find ways to improve/create more efficiency in work and processes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lack of transparency on compensation for roles. Raises being dependent on performance (even cost of living raises) is frustrating, especially during high inflation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Good cooperation between and within groups, and consistent friendly interactions with coworkers. Majority of people engaged in doing a good job, improving operations and helping company succeed.
