How well this team works together and keeps open communication. We recognize our differences and use that to an advantage for new ideas and issues that need resolved.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I should be paid what I am worth. Not just what the average area pays for this job. Everyone has different skill sets and those should be recognized.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy my job. I don't feel its a struggle to go to work everyday. I can leave it all behind when I am off work to focus on my family.
