The people I work with and the pride I get out of a good days work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team offers tremendous support. They are available whenever I have a question or issue. Even though we are in different locations, I feel 100% supported at all times.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the path leadership is on to bring the company back to profitability. I am thankful for the benefits that are offered. I appreciate seeing the ways leadership is trying to bring employees together that all work in different locations - virtual events, fun committee, etc.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our building and team - I have a wonderful team of employees that work for me. We have great working relationships. Our location is independent of other facilities. We have made it our own. Everyone here takes pride in their work and appreciates each other.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I so very much appreciate the yearly bonus. It allows me to financially pay for larger projects or take a family vacation. I love the free Shutterfly products. I have been able to give meaningful gifts to family over the years. I appreciate the 401(k) match, which helps me save for retirement.
