I have worked for this company for several years. Like all careers, it has definitely had its ups and downs. There have been times I did not feel valued and supported, but I pressed on. However as of today, I am in a great place, I love my role, my management, my location, and my team is great.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate the the merit increases and bonuses for all the hard work accomplished for the year.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the work I do, the people I work with, and the work environment. Our company provides many wonderful products for customers, and I am happy to be a part of that.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very supportive, I am able to stay connected on a day to day basis. Expectations are clear and leadership is approachable and ready to assist when the need arises. I think very highly of my leadership team!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I appreciate how the company respects each person. We have all kinds of people in our company, and may all have different beliefs and ideas, but all are respected and everyone is still a part of the family.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have a lot of returning seasonal employees on my team, and their experience has resulted in our department running smoothly and able to get the work done efficiently day in and day out. Also, they are wonderful people in and of themselves.
