I loved my job here but its unfortunate my position is being eliminated. In terms of executive leaders, I feel they are either ill-informed or detached from reality. Many poor financial decisions were made within this company and it went downhill very fast. Best of luck to everyone else still here!

I enjoy the flexibility and work itself.

My team has built great communication skills, collaboration skills, and I love that everyone on my team still maintains their humanity above "professionalism".
What makes you most happy at work?
I have space and permission to be self-directed, this in turn helps to create strong-minded and resourceful team members. Autonomy can provide a lot of growth for someone (depending who you are, of course).
