This company is heavily senority and favortitism based. The only people who get promotions are family. Those who are not qualified to lead people are leading because of senority.

Treating people like human beings and not machines to fill their production order

Coworkers will help each other out, but not supervisors. I have literally learned nothing about my job from a supervisor.
What makes you most happy at work?
currently, nothing at work makes me happy. If I finish a task given to me quickly, theres no reward or compliment, just more work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The management team puts all the work onto their workers. I work in the area they consider their "money maker" and expect us to work harder/faster than other areas so they can fufill their profit expectations.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Supervisors need to learn how to interact with employees like humans. My supervisor yelled at us for something she did not accomplish. She owned up to her mistake later that evening but she never apoligized for talking to us in a way that is befitting of a manger position.
