Openes of mngt he mentioned plans and development for future! Now 4y later, almost non happened due to restructuring, but well he had a vision
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Upper mangement in my area needs to be changed. Siemens is changing its approach from manufacturer to software developer. Company cannot grow if mid level mangement is still living as 20-30ys ago.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my team, this is what is keeping me. As i built the team and helped it grow! Its sad to see now that some will leave, while me as a lead cant do mucn when mngt is stubborn and unwilling to move an inch
