If you need to know about something, the company is so big that eventually you will find someone who can educate you about a specific topic.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have received several outside offers which are higher than what Siemens will offer. Siemens will not offer stock options. Yearly raises are lower compared to other companies. There’s a lot of old people in line for promotion
