Siemens is highly bureaucratic and opaque in some regards, though I think that is also contingent upon what part of Siemens one works for. Some divisions seem very agile and responsive, but many parts of the smart infrastructure division aren't quite as forward thinking.

The are quick to offer support and guidance when I need it.

I like when I am able to discuss potential solutions to problems openly and without reproach.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My managers actively seek new ideas and encourage innovation. That makes the role I am in more exciting and promising.
