They asked real life questions in addition to technical questions

Co-workers at the same general level work well together and help each other out.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Co-workers need to collaborate more and work together more efficiently. They also need to utilize each other's strengths.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Compensating employees, helping employees develop, and understanding that each employee is different and you can't take the same approach toward everyone

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compared to how other people in the same position in companies in the same area are being paid I am being paid much less. Also when you go above and beyond they just say good you did your job. There isn't recongnition for that.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Mainly there is always a rush when an issue comes in and instead of thinking through what should be done, the managers tell people just do it now because it's urgent. Then they make you do more work that could have been avoided. The managers are reactionary. I feel undervalued and under-compensated.
