Signify is one big cattle call. The schedulers fill slots without regard to location and time. Clinicians are on a treadmill that does not pay well.
Communication. There is no avenue for clinical employees to discuss experiences as a group. Leadership only wants to fill visit slots and bill. I'm convinced leadership does not want clinicians communicating because the deficiencies that concern many of us would become common knowledge
We work remotely at patient homes. We never see anyone associated with the company. They do not even publish an organizational tree. Calling with problems is a joke because it takes such a long time for a response while in the field. Upper level leadership turns a blind eye as they make money.
