What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Not worth submitting because the advice wont be implemented.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership was ok, at least in my face. Empty promotion promises.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most of my co-workers would have a hard time figuring out a 5 piece puzzle.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation is fair for the actual work being done, however you will pay in mental health dealing with unreasonable and suicidal customers.
