In general, I think things are good. They could always be better though... As a company, we say we value work/life balance, but we don't staff teams with enough people to ensure everyone has it. We also push things from the bottom up, which isn't effective when trying to change behavior.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's pretty standard. A better 401k match would be nice though.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that our leadership team isn't trying to make people work in-office.
