until the last 6 months, it has been a creative and culturally inclusive environment. but org changes and new management have turned it into an environment that I would not recommend to a friend for recruitment.

when we are about to meet in person as a team

the unlimited PTO policy allows for a better work/life balance since I normally work more than 40 hours per week
What are some of the best things about your team?
when we can get together as a team in person and have a lunch or a team meeting, stress is reduced and we treat each other with warmth and friendship
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
my manager has spent very little time with me and cancels the majority of our 1:1's. I am often told to change my focus, leaving open tickets to work in the previous focus.
