Finishing tasks, solving problems, seeing my efforts improve the experience of our users/customers

I don't interact with them much, but they seem to try to stay engaged.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everybody is willing to work together and help out / pick up slack when necessary.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's hard to comment on culture and environment working as a remote employee. I think there are efforts to bring people together and (re)establish a culture, but due to my schedule it is difficult for me to attend.
