Overall it is positive. I'd love if everyone had a progressive and explorative attitude when faced with challenges but not everyone moves at the same speed. Some folks move slowly, are very risk averse and need to contemplate and analyse longer than is healthy IMO and that is challenging for my team

What makes you most happy at work?
When my team are happy/content in what they are doing and when I see that what they are doing is delivering value.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The rate at which I am paid however I do believe (evidence based) that others performing the same job as me are paid more).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's not universal, but there is a can-do and progressive attitude among some teams which my team loves because it means we are not hindered in our efforts.
What are some of the best things about your team?
When the need arises, their ability go beyond the immediate ask to ensure we deliver a quality product. Their camaraderie, enthusiasm and good nature which means our team has a nice vibe.
