What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Coworkers and residents interact in a way that makes me feel good knowing I could trust my family with my Silverado team.
What are some of the best things about your team?We work together and are able to efficiently get our work done as a true team rather than separating work loads into individuals and forcing them to care for several residents solely by themselves.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?They need to mind their own business and; "act their wage" too many people that have no desire for growth that like to bother new workers possibly driving them out of silverado.
