It is very collaborative. Everyone is always willing to help each other out. People are not competitive; they work together.

The company treats its employees with respect. Employees treat each other with respect. If someone is rude, it is addressed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The CEO and VPs are very approachable and hands on. The CEO answers all questions during All Hands and interviews every single candidate before we hire them. The VPs are mostly hands on and down to earth. They are also engaged with building their teams.
