What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary is not dependent on where I live, my package is always going to be mine, something that is rarely the case at other companies.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Everyone at the company was very transparent and offered me the time to understand everything I wanted to. I spoke to whoever I needed to, and felt confident that I was seeing the real company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel supported by my manager, and I know that leadership is always looking for ways to sustainable and stably grow the company. I feel a great sense of job security, and have never worried about the company being a startup.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team meets regularly and provides each other with support not just as coworkers but as people. We celebrate the little things and genuinely care for one another. My team always has my back, and I never hesitate to ask them for help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The product org does personal and mental health check-ins two times a week to make sure we are all feeling our best. Our team is encouraged to take time off to recharge. Across the company, people are always looking for ways to improve and grow.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have the flexibility to set my own hours, live where I want, and control what I work on. I feel completely supported and in control of my career. My team is supportive of me, and I get the time I need to recharge and be myself.
