Very savvy people, hard workers, somewhat entrepreneurial mentality.

Good base, and the comp plan and SPIFFs are good.
What makes you most happy at work?
Make a huge impact to our customers business and operations, but also heavily improving the daily life of their employees (and families).
What did you like most about the interview process?
Getting candid feedback from the CEO, talking to Sales leaders from my region (my boss and his boss) but also from other regions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Issue-solving approach to things. No too stressed yet. No drama. Humour present. People seems to know what their role is about. No ego issues experienced so far.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Down-to-earth, put people first, doing their best to fix whichever is improvable (for the customer and for the employees), they embrace change but not in a ridiculous way, humour is present on meetings, not too stressed yet.
